You'll join a tight team of engineers, data experts, and strategists who move fast, think clearly, and ship things that work.
What you'll do
- Discover and shape solutions: run workshops and interviews with clients to map current processes, pain points, and goals.
- Identify and prioritize AI and automation opportunities that deliver real strategic and operational value.
- Be a trusted advisor to clients, challenge assumptions, and help them pick the right problems.
- Translate insights into prototypes and mockups (Lovable, Figma, Miro, ...) to validate ideas early with stakeholders.
- Write clear user stories, functional requirements, and acceptance criteria.
- Work closely with AI, data science, engineering, and IT teams to assess technical feasibility.
- Support data-related analyses and contribute to high-level architecture discussions.
- Lead weekly follow-ups with clients and development teams to track progress and clarify requirements.
- Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and organize training, onboarding, and adoption support.
- Spot expansion opportunities at existing clients and help our sales team turn insights into concrete proposals.
Background & Experience
- Bachelor's or Master's in Business, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Manager, or similar role in a technology or consulting environment.
- Demonstrable track record of delivering complex, cross-functional projects.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to structure complex problems.
- Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with AI or data science projects.
- Knowledge of agile/scrum methodologies.
- Experience with prototyping tools such as Figma, Miro, or Lovable.
