Should we start with Strategy or with the Academy?
Usually with direction. Strategy decides where AI pays off, so training goes to the right teams and processes. If your direction is already clear, start with the Academy right away. In one conversation we tell you which fits.
Can we run Strategy and the Academy at the same time?
Yes, and many organisations do. While your leadership team sets the direction, a first group of employees builds hands-on skills. We work in the boardroom and on the work floor, often in the same week, so both stay aligned.
How are you different from a strategy firm or a training provider?
We build AI ourselves. The people who advise your leaders and train your teams work on real AI projects, so the advice holds up when it meets your systems, data and people.
What about our data and security?
