Why this leadership workshop

Sound familiar?

AI is on the agenda. But the leadership team still lacks a grip on it.

One person mainly sees opportunities, another mainly risks. People are already experimenting with various tools, while it isn't yet clear where the organization should start, who takes which decisions and which preconditions have to be in place first.

One of the biggest brakes on a proactive AI strategy is uncertainty among leaders. AI feels technical, changes fast and is hard to translate into concrete choices for the organization. As a result, decisions get postponed or scattered initiatives emerge without clear direction.

During this interactive workshop the leadership team works with AI hands-on, develops a relevant use case and discovers what AI means for the strategic decisions within the organization. That creates the shared understanding needed to make deliberate choices.

What we do.

In AI for Leaders we combine insight, hands-on experience and decision-making. The leadership team discovers what AI can mean for the organization, works with the technology directly and turns the key insights into clear priorities and next steps.

  1. 01

    Understanding AI clearly

Understanding what AI can and can't do.

We explain in plain language how AI works, how the technology is developing and why the impact goes further than rolling out a new tool.

  2. 02

    Exploring the impact on work

Seeing what AI changes for people, tasks and processes.

We explore where AI can support, speed up or reorganize the work, and what this means for roles, skills and collaboration.

  3. 03

    Mapping AI opportunities

Discovering where AI can genuinely create value.

In an AI Opportunity Sprint we translate the organization's challenges and ambitions into concrete applications. We separate real opportunities from hype and look at which ideas hold the most potential.

  4. 04

    Experiencing what AI makes possible

From talking about AI to working with it yourself.

The leadership team goes hands-on with AI. Using strong prompts and use cases from their own organization, participants experience what the technology can already do today.

  5. 05

    Sharpening leadership choices

Making clear where leadership has to set direction.

We discuss which choices have to be made at leadership level: what the organization commits to, which resources are available, who takes ownership, and which risks and preconditions are acceptable.

  6. 06

    Setting priorities and next steps

From insights to a shared AI action plan.

We assess the key opportunities in a shared priority matrix. We then determine what the organization tackles first, what that requires and who picks up the next steps.

From intake to shared direction

How AI for Leaders works.

From your leadership questions to clear choices and a shared AI course.

  1. 01

    Intake

We map your context and your main leadership questions.

In a short intake we discuss what is happening around AI today, which initiatives are already running and which opportunities, risks and decisions need more clarity.

  2. 02

    Tailored preparation

We build the workshop around your organization.

We turn the intake into recognizable examples, relevant strategic questions and concrete use cases that match the leadership team's challenges and ambitions.

  3. 03

    Interactive leadership workshop

We make AI tangible and turn insights into concrete choices.

The leadership team works with AI directly. The workshop consists of three parts:

    • AI Opportunity Sprint We map the most important AI opportunities for your organization.
    • Prompting Mastery Participants practise with AI and work on use cases from their own context.
    • Priorities and action plan The team brings the key opportunities together in a shared priority matrix and turns it into a concrete AI action plan.
  4. 04

    Shared AI direction

The team ends with clear priorities and concrete next steps.

The key insights are translated into a shared direction: what the organization commits to, which conditions that requires, who takes ownership and which next steps make sense.

The outcome

From different perspectives to a shared management direction.

After AI for Leaders the leadership team has a shared picture of what AI can mean for the organization. The team has discussed relevant opportunities and risks, set initial priorities, named the necessary preconditions and established which decisions or next steps are needed now. AI gets a clear place on the management agenda, without scattered experiments setting the direction by default.

  • A shared, realistic picture of AI's impact
  • Initial priorities for exploration or application
  • Explicit choices about opportunities, risks and limits
  • Named preconditions and ownership
  • Concrete next steps for the organization
