Why AI KickStart
One workshop creates enthusiasm. Three create a habit.
After a one-off session the team is inspired. Two weeks later almost everyone is working the way they did before.
That isn't down to the people. Between understanding what AI can do, being able to work with it yourself, and actually using it every day lie three different leaps. Half a day covers one at most.
AI KickStart takes all three, in order and spread over several weeks. Between sessions, participants apply what they learned to their own work. Whatever gets stuck comes up in the next session. So it doesn't stop at one good day — the way your team works actually changes.

Below is the structure, not the script. The content of each session comes from your own processes, documents and frustrations. We determine those together during the intake.

The whole group gets a realistic picture of AI, with demos on tasks you recognize. No hype, just what it means for your sector today. Participants try it out themselves straight away.

Working with AI
AI Prompting Masterclass
From loose prompts to a way of working that keeps working.
Participants learn to work properly in your AI tool: prompting more powerfully, giving the right context, improving output instead of starting over. Everyone develops one task from their own work into a reusable AI way of working.

Becoming an expert in your tool
Copilot or Claude
Deep into the tool you open every day.
The final half-day is entirely about the tool you open every day. With Copilot we work in Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams. With Claude in Projects, documents and reusable instructions. Always with scenarios from your own work.

Intake
We get to know your organization.
During the intake we discuss your challenges, processes, tools and the team's current AI level. Together we choose the tool for the third session, Copilot or Claude, and select the tasks we'll work on during the sessions.

Tailored programme
We build the three sessions on your material.
Demos, exercises and examples come from your own context. You see the set-up in advance, so you know what each half-day is working towards before it starts.

Three half-days, spread out
Learn, apply, come back.
The sessions are usually two weeks apart. In between, participants apply what they learned to their real work. Each session starts with what went well and what got stuck. Those questions help shape the content.

Embedding
The team carries on without us.
After the final half-day there's a set of ways of working, prompts and agreements that belong to you. We discuss who becomes the internal point of contact and which steps follow logically, with or without us.
The outcome
After three half-days your team works differently.
The team uses AI on the tasks that matter most. Recurring work runs through ways of working the team built itself, from rough notes to a report and from template to quote. What took half a day takes half an hour. And because the ways of working are written down, it stays that way.
